Spitzbuben are traditional German cookies made with almonds and sandwiched with raspberry jam. This version of linzer cookies are citrusy, nutty and jammy all in one, and an absolute Christmas tradition in my home. Flavoured with cinnamon and clementines, it’s simple yet perfectly festive!
