Layers of sweet and spiced homemade granola, creamy yoghurt and of course, mangoes: the tropical fruit of the season! It’s essentially the holy trinity of healthy breakfast requirements: it’s simple, fresh and it’s all good for your body!
PREPARATION TIME: 5 minutes (If you’re not making the granola)
INGREDIENTS (serves 1)
- 200 g natural greek yoghurt
- 1 whole mango, cubed
- 200 g granola
Note: You can always swap out the greek yoghurt for coconut yoghurt, which makes it vegan-friendly and extra tropical!
Layer the greek yoghurt, granola and cubed mangoes in a glass (as in the images).
Well, that’s about it, dig in!
